Ms. Maxwell is the VP of Finance & Controller at L.L.Bean, Inc., overseeing Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Financial Operations, and serves as Assistant Treasurer, Vice-Chair of the Investment Committee, and member of the Benefits Committee. She started her career at L.L.Bean in 2004 in the finance area, where she spent several years overseeing the planning, development, and execution of corporate long-term strategic financial initiatives until becoming Vice President, Customer Satisfaction in 2011.
