Beal & Company, a full-service investment banking firm. Ms. Taylor also served as Chief Financial Officer of the Long Island Power Authority. In addition, through her work on the Sotheby s Compensation Committee, the Brookfield Properties Governance Committee, as Chair of Accion and former Chair of the New York Women s Foundation and the YMCA of Greater New York, Ms. Taylor has gained additional knowledge in corporate affairs, corporate governance, financial reporting, compensation, and legal matters.
