Raymond B. Bentley has served as a director since May 2015. He previously served as an Executive Vice President from 1984 until his retirement at the end of 2021. He was the lead developer for MicroStation and chief architect in the core-graphics group. He holds a Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. We believe that Mr. Bentley is qualified to serve as a member of our Board of Directors due to his vast experience with our technology and the software industry, and for the business perspective he brings to the Board.
