Keith A. Bentley co-founded our Company and has served as a director since our inception in 1984. He previously served as the Company s President from 1984 to 1995 and as the Chief Executive Officer from 1984 to 2000. He most recently served as our Chief Technology Officer until early 2023, a position he held since 2000. He retired from employment with the Company at the end of 2023. He holds a Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. We believe that Mr. Bentley is qualified to serve as a member of our Board of Directors due to the perspective and experience he brings as one of our co-founders and our former Chief Technology Officer, and his experience in the software industry, especially as it relates to our technology and solutions.
