Mr. Hart has served as a member of our Board since June 2024. Since September 2025, Mr. Hart has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SPB Hospitality LLC, a multi-brand restaurant operator, and since June 2025, as Managing Partner of EMERGING Fund, a growth capital fund in the restaurant and entertainment sector. Mr. Hart previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (NASDAQ: RRGB), an American casual dining restaurant chain, from September 2022 to April 2025. Additionally, he served on the Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. board of directors from November 2019 to April 2025. Prior to that, Mr. Hart served as Chief Executive Officer of Torchy s Tacos, a privately-held fast-casual restaurant chain, from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of California Pizza Kitchen Inc. from 2011 to 2018, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Roadhouse Inc. (NASDAQ: TXRH) from 2000 to 2004 and 2004 to 2011, respectively. Mr. Hart has served on the board of directors of Portillo s Inc. (NASDAQ: PTLO) since 2016. We believe Mr. Hart s extensive experience in all facets of leading public companies in our industry, including finance, marketing, and operations, as well as his experience as a public company director make him an appropriate member of our Board.
