Evan Hafer founded the Company in 2014 and was Chief Executive Officer since its inception through the end of December 2023, when he transitioned to the position of Founder and Executive Chairman. He has served as a director since the Company was founded and previously served as Chairman of the Board from October 2014 to July 2022. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Hafer had fifteen years of service in the U.S. military and worked as a contractor for the CIA. As a member of the military, he served as a Green Beret with the 19th Special Forces Group and was deployed overseas multiple times. Mr. Hafer attended the University of Idaho and has been roasting coffee since 2006. MR.
