Mr. Chen has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2017. He has been a General Partner at Greylock Partners, a venture capital firm, since June 2013. Mr. Chen has served as a member of the board of directors of Chronosphere, a cloud native monitoring tool, since July 2019, Cato Networks, a network security company, since July 2016, and also serves on the board of directors of several other private companies. Mr. Chen holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Chen was selected to serve on our board of directors because of his extensive experience with technology companies and in the venture capital industry, including with respect to M&A, investments and integration, and risk and cybersecurity matters.
