Kristen Snyder is a new nominee for director of Company. Ms. Snyder has served on the LNKB Board since LNKB s acquisition of GNB Financial Services, Inc. in September 2021. Ms. Snyder served on the Board of Directors of GNB Financial Services, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary bank, Gratz Bank since 2018. Ms. Snyder is a principal of Koppy s Propane, Inc., overseeing operations, finance, safety and human resources. Prior to that, she served as Senior Analyst for JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2007 to 2010. Her business and financial experience led to her nomination as a director.
