Alfred Poe, 77, Director : Alfred Poe has been a director since 1997. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of AJA Restaurant Corp., serving as such since 1999. From December 2020 until January 2024, Mr. Poe was a member of the board of directors of Farmer Bros. Co. (NASDAQ: FARM), most recently serving as a member of the technology, nominating and governance and compensation committees. Mr. Poe was the Chief Executive Officer of Superior Nutrition Corporation, a provider of nutrition products, from 1997 to 2002. He was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of MenuDirect Corporation, a provider of specialty meals for people on restricted diets, from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Poe was a Corporate Vice President of Campbell s Soup Company from 1991 through 1996. From 1993 through 1996, he was the President of Campbell s Meal Enhancement Group. From 1982 to 1991, Mr. Poe held various positions, including Vice President, Brands Director and Commercial Director with Mars, Inc. Mr. Poe previously served on the board of directors of Centerplate, Inc. (AMEX), Polaroid Corporation (NYSE) and State Street Bank (NYSE). Mr. Poe has many years of experience as a chief executive officer and senior executive officer in the packaged foods and food service industries. He has also served on the boards of directors of other public companies. In addition to bringing industry experience, Mr. Poe brings key senior management, leadership, financial and strategic planning, corporate governance and public company executive compensation experience to our board of directors.
