Ms. Lester has more than 30 years of banking and mortgage banking experience, including as Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Bancorp and HomeSide Lending Inc. She also held executive roles at Ernst & Young and Shawmut National Corporation. Prior to joining the Company s Board in 2023, Ms. Lester was a director of PacWest Bancorp and Pacific Western Bank from 2003 to 2023. She chaired their respective audit committees and was a member of their respective executive and finance committees.
