Mr. Rozanski is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Booz Allen. He began as a summer intern in 1991 and re-joined the company in 1992 as a consultant serving commercial customers. During his tenure, Mr. Rozanski has held a number of leadership roles, including Chief Personnel Officer, Chief Talent and Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and President. He became Chief Executive Officer in 2015 and Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2024. Mr. Rozanski has played an integral role in many of Booz Allen s major strategic initiatives, including the spin-off of the commercial consulting business in 2008 and the successful 2010 initial public offering.
