Mr. Ratinoff currently holds the position of Founder and Managing Principal of James Investment Partners, a privately-held real estate investment platform based in Los Angeles. Mr. Ratinoff previously served as Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions for Phoenix Realty Group, an institutional real estate investment firm focused on opportunistic multifamily investments. Mr. Ratinoff also held the position of Managing Director and west coast head for the J.E. Robert Companies. In this role, Mr. Ratinoff was responsible for all equity and debt transactions throughout the western United States for the real estate investment funds sponsored by the firm and was a member of the investment committees for both JER Partners and JER Investors Trust (NYSE: JRT).
