Mr. Nachman has served as a member of the Board of Directors since January 2024. Mr. Nachman held multiple senior operating roles at Johnson & Johnson, most recently serving as Company Group Chairman of Cardiovascular and Specialty Solutions and Vision Groups within the Medical Devices business from 2013 through 2023. In this role, he led a diverse portfolio of six medical device businesses and served on the Medical Devices Group Operating Committee. Mr. Nachman previously served as Worldwide President of Biosense Webster and Cordis. He currently serves on the boards of several private medical device companies and the Arnold and Mable Beckman Foundation, a foundation focused on supporting research in chemistry and life sciences. Mr. Nachman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Economics from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Mr. Nachman has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry and deep knowledge of many related business aspects including research and development, operations, and reinventing commercial models. This experience in operational roles, including strategic planning, market development and risk management, are beneficial to the management team and the Board.
