Dr. Xing is a senior healthcare executive with over 20 years of global experience across pharmaceuticals, medtech, digital health, biotech and diagnostics. She brings a rare and powerful combination of deep scientific understanding and extensive commercial leadership. Dr. Xing has served as Executive Chair of the Board of Directors of Mundipharma China since 2022. From 2019 to 2022, Dr. Xing held the position of Global Senior Vice President, President of Greater China for Envista Holdings Corporation (a dental equipment and supplies company). Prior to that, Dr. Xing served in numerous leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company (a global pharmaceutical company), including Senior Director, Global New Product Planning and Payer Marketing, Pricing, Reimbursement and Access of Lilly Diabetes from 2018 to 2019, Senior Director, Global Payer Marketing, Pricing, Reimbursement and Access of Lilly Diabetes from 2015 to 2018, Vice President of Lilly China Oncology from 2012 to 2014 and Vice President of Corporate and Government Affairs and Market Access from 2010 to 2012, while based in Shanghai. Dr. Xing has also served as a board advisor of Lee Kum Kee Group (privately-held global manufacturer of sauces and condiments), since February 2025.
