Director since 2004 Age: 66 Ms. van Lith is founder and Chief Executive Officer of APEL Worldwide, LLC, an eCommerce investor. She was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of MakeMusic, Inc., a publicly held technology solutions provider, from 2011 until the company was taken private in 2012. Ms. van Lith was President and Chief Executive Officer of Gelco Information Network, a private equity owned provider of transaction and information processing systems from 2000 until its sale in 2007. Ms. van Lith was serving in multiple interim CEO roles for companies going through disruptive transformation when not serving in full-time capacities prior to 2019.
