Mr. Case s background as a management consultant, including in the global insurance and financial services areas, brings critical industry and business development knowledge to the Board. His extensive and specific knowledge of Aon and its global businesses provides our Board with a unique and valuable understanding of the Company s priorities for our clients, colleagues and shareholders, and enables him to keep the Board apprised of the most significant developments impacting the Company and to guide the Board s discussion and review of the Company s strategy.
