Mr. Cox is the founder and principal of Cox ADR LLC, an alternative dispute resolution consulting firm. He was a partner with Hogan Lovells LLP from April 2019 to January 2024. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells LLP, he was a partner with Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, which he joined as an associate in 1997. Mr. Cox is currently a member of the American Bar Association Dispute Resolutions Section, where he sits on the Arbitration and Mediation Committees.
