Mr. Kellogg served as Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Strategy Officer of Celgene Corporation, or Celgene, a global biopharmaceutical company, from 2018 to 2019, and previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Celgene from 2014 to 2018.
