Ms. Reitan served as President of Plan Operations of Health Care Service Corporation, or HCSC, the largest customer-owned health insurer in the United States and an independent licensee of Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, from October 2015 to April 2018. She also served as the Chief Operating Officer of HCSC from January 2009 to January 2015.
