Mr. Verma is the Company s Chief Executive Officer. He also serves on the board of Ameritas Holding Company and is a member of industry advisory boards for Northwestern University and Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Alight in January 2026, from 2020 he served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Crawford & Company (NYSE: CRD.A), a leading global provider of claims management and outsourcing solutions serving insurance companies and self-insured entities in more than 70 countries. Prior to Crawford, Mr. Verma held senior leadership roles at Zurich North America, where he served as Regional Executive for the South Region and held multiple executive positions across underwriting, distribution, finance, strategy, and general management. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he led global strategy and transformation engagements for leading insurance and financial services organizations. Mr. Verma holds an undergraduate degree in computer engineering from the University of Delhi and a master s degree from Northwestern University. He also completed executive leadership programs at Cambridge University and London Business School. Mr. Verma s qualifications to serve on the Board include his public company board experience and his relevant experience as a chief executive officer.
