Mr. McCaffery has served as a member of our board of directors since March 2009. Since December 2005, Mr. McCaffery has served as the Managing Director for Makena Capital Management, LLC, an investment management firm, and was Chief Executive Officer of Makena Capital Management, LLC from December 2005 to January 2013. He served on the board of directors for NVIDIA Corporation from February 2015 to June 2024. Mr. McCaffery holds a B.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, a B.A. Honours and an M.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Merton College at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
