Mr. Snabe has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2021, has served as a special advisor to our Chief Executive Officer since February 2025, and previously served as a special advisor to our Chief Executive Officer from September 2020 to February 2021. Mr. Snabe served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of SAP AG, a technology company, from February 2010 to May 2014, and as a member of the SAP AG supervisory board from May 2014 to May 2018. Mr. Snabe currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siemens AG, an industrial technology company. He also has served on the board of directors of Temasek Holdings since January 2025, and joined the board of directors of Bloom Energy Corporation in August 2025. Mr. Snabe served as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Allianz SE, an insurance and financial asset management company, from 2014 to May 2022, and Chairman of the Board of A.P. M ller M rsk A/S, a shipping and transportation company, from 2014 to March 2022. Mr. Snabe currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the World Economic Forum, a non-profit organization. We believe Mr. Snabe is qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors because of his extensive management experience and his service on the boards of directors of various public companies.
