Ms. Johnson served as interim Chief Financial Officer of Intersil Corporation, a semiconductor company, from April 2013 to September 2013, as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Tri Alpha Energy, Inc. (now TAE Technologies, Inc.), a fusion power company, from 2010 to 2011, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avago Technologies Limited (now Broadcom Inc.), a semiconductor manufacturing company from December 2005 to August 2008.
