Mr. Stock, age 68, Chair of the Board of the Corporation and ACNB Bank, has been a member of both the Corporation s and ACNB Bank s Boards of Directors since 2005. He served as Vice Chair of both Boards of Directors from 2013 until February 15, 2020, when he became Chairman of the Board of the Corporation and ACNB Bank.
