Michael R. Hogan has served as a member of our Board since April 2017. Mr. Hogan served on the board of directors of AmCoastal from 2015 to 2024. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Hogan served on the national agency advisory board of The Travelers Insurance Company. In addition, from 2003 to 2008, Mr. Hogan served on the board of directors of The South Financial Corporation. Mr. Hogan has over 45 years of experience as an independent insurance agent, specializing in wind, flood and earthquake insurance as the President and owner of Puckett, Sheets, and Hogan Insurance, which received a national Best Practices Award in 2006. Mr. Hogan graduated from Furman University in 1972 with a B.A. in business and economics. Mr. Hogan brings to our Board his significant experience in management and the insurance industry.
